Traditional dishes benefit from a touch of Asian or Mediterranean style and evoke murmurs of surprise for their innovation. Among the delicacies you'll discover are porcini-crusted ahi loin, a grilled rib-eye with gorgonzola crust, and a blackened pork chop with pineapple marmalade. Diver scallops and lobster also prove tempting.
